You should not have to change how your business runs to suit a piece of software. We connect what you already use rather than asking you to migrate to something new.
Repetitive, rule-based work is a good candidate. Work that needs judgement, negotiation or a human relationship is not. We will tell you which is which, including when the answer costs us the sale.
A system nobody maintains quietly stops working, so we offer ongoing monitoring and maintenance and we recommend it. But it is a choice, not a condition. You can take the handover and run the system yourself, and the system is still yours either way.
Moredo is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. We work remotely with businesses across Canada, and the whole engagement — discovery, build, connection and ongoing management — is handled remotely.
We started with contractors and home service businesses because that is where the gap between the work and the admin is widest. The same patterns show up in accounting, real estate, professional services and appointment-based businesses, so that is where we have grown from there.
We are not a DIY automation platform, a reseller of somebody else’s software, or a chatbot agency. You are not buying a licence and a login. You are buying a system that gets built, connected and managed for you, and a business that is accountable when it breaks.
