Built properly. Explained plainly.

How Moredo designs, implements and maintains automation systems — in plain language you can forward to your IT person.

Implemented around your business — not ours.

Where appropriate, Moredo systems are implemented in your own environment: your Google or Microsoft accounts, your CRM, your accounting software, your cloud services. The system runs on the accounts your business already controls.

That means your data stays where it already lives. We connect the tools you use — we don’t move your business onto ours.

Access is granted, scoped and revocable.

We connect to your tools using secure, standard authorization methods — the same way you would connect any two business applications. We request only the access a system actually needs to do its job, nothing broader.

You can see what is connected, and you can revoke access at any time. We never ask you to share passwords over email or chat, and we document every connection the system uses.

Automation doesn’t mean losing control.

Not every action should happen automatically. During design, we agree together on which steps run on their own and which wait for a person to approve them first.

A payment reminder can go out automatically. A quote to a new customer can wait for your OK. You decide where the line sits — and you can move it later as your confidence grows.

Nothing goes live untested.

Every system is tested with realistic scenarios before it touches your real customers: sample leads, sample invoices, sample documents. We check the normal cases and the awkward ones — a lead with no phone number, a receipt photographed at an angle, a reply that doesn’t fit the pattern.

You see the system working before it is switched on. Launch happens when it behaves correctly, not when the calendar says so.

Every action is recorded. Problems don’t hide.

Each system keeps a record of what it did and when: which lead it answered, which reminder it sent, which document it filed. If something needs attention — a tool disconnects, a message can’t be delivered — the system flags it rather than failing silently.

With Moredo Care, we watch those signals for you and fix issues, often before you notice them. Without Care, the records are still yours to review.

Your system, on paper.

Every implementation comes with plain-language documentation: what the system does, step by step; which tools it connects and what access each connection has; which actions are automatic and which need approval; and what to check if something looks off.

If a new employee, an accountant or an IT consultant asks “what exactly does this do?” — the answer is written down.

Handover or Moredo Care. Your choice.

Handover

We implement the system, walk you through it, hand over the documentation, and you run it yourself. You can come back to us anytime for changes or new systems.

Moredo Care

We keep monitoring, maintaining and improving the system: updates when your tools change, troubleshooting when something breaks, small refinements as your business evolves.

Both paths are described on the Pricing page. Neither locks you in.
