Once a system is live it needs looking after. Tools change, credentials expire and businesses change shape. Moredo Care covers that.
It is optional. Not a condition of the build, and not a subscription you have to sign to get your system.
Care comes in three levels. You choose the level that matches how much the system runs your business, and pricing is confirmed with your scope after the Automation Review.
If you would rather run the system yourself, we hand over a working system and documentation and that is the end of the engagement. Where the setup allows, it runs in your own accounts and environment, so it stays under your control. You can start Care later if things change.
Custom development outside the agreed scope is quoted separately. Care keeps your system healthy — it is not an allowance for unlimited new development.
We are not interested in automating things for the sake of it. Before we build anything, the arithmetic has to make sense.
