Take ownership of the completed system, or let Moredo continue managing and maintaining it for you.
The first two need your knowledge of the business. The rest is our job.
We understand how the business actually operates, not how the org chart says it does.
We find the processes genuinely worth automating, and say so when something is not.
We map the workflow and decide where a human needs to approve something.
We create the automation system around that design.
We integrate the tools and accounts your business already controls.
We deploy the system into the agreed environment for your business.
We run realistic scenarios and check the output before anything goes live.
Your choice. Take the working system in-house, or keep Moredo looking after it.
Most implementation companies assume you will stay subscribed forever. We would rather you chose, because a system you are locked into is not a system you own.
We deliver the working system and the documentation, and the engagement ends there. Your team runs it. If something changes later, you can start Care at any point.
We keep monitoring, maintaining and supporting the system. When a connected tool changes or a credential expires, resolving it is our job rather than yours.
Recommended, but never required. Pricing for both is on the pricing page.
Moredo builds automation around the accounts, tools and systems your business already controls. Where appropriate, it can be implemented inside your own environment rather than forcing your business onto another software platform. You also decide what runs automatically and where approval is required.
Connections run through your own accounts, with permissions you grant and can revoke at any time. Your documents stay in your existing storage. We never ask for your passwords.
Start with more approval and loosen it as you build confidence.
Moredo systems combine AI agents, workflow automation and the integrations your business already depends on. Which technologies sit underneath is our problem, not yours — we select them, we run them, and we change them when something better appears. Available connections depend on your setup and are confirmed before we build.
If something here is vague, ask us directly and we will give you a specific answer.
Repetitive, rule-based work that currently depends on someone remembering it: responding to enquiries, following up on quotes, chasing invoices, scheduling, filing receipts and documents, and moving information between the apps you already use. The specifics are scoped with you before anything is built.
No. Moredo builds the system and connects it to the tools you already use, so the work happens in the background. That stays true whether you take the system in-house after handover or ask us to keep managing it.
In most cases, yes. We work with widely used business tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, common CRM platforms, accounting software such as QuickBooks, messaging apps and file storage services. What your particular setup supports is confirmed during the review, before anything is promised.
No. A chatbot answers questions. Moredo builds systems that take action inside your business: creating records, sending follow-ups, filing documents, updating calendars and flagging what needs you. Some of them have a conversational interface, but the interface is not the product.
Often, yes — and we will tell you when the answer is no. Work that follows a repeatable pattern automates well. Work that depends on judgement, negotiation or physical presence usually does not, although the admin surrounding it frequently does.
Yes. Monitoring and maintenance are part of the monthly service. When a connected tool changes or something stops working, resolving it is our responsibility rather than yours.
Yes. Moredo works remotely with businesses across British Columbia and the rest of Canada. Discovery, build, connection and ongoing management are all handled remotely, and we ask for as little of your time as the process genuinely needs.
You do. Connections are made through your own accounts using permissions you grant, and you can revoke that access through the relevant platform’s own controls at any time. We do not ask for your passwords, and your documents stay in your existing storage.
Implementation is a one-time project. Connected business systems are scoped and agreed before we build, and advanced work is quoted individually. Ongoing Moredo Care is optional. Every figure is confirmed in writing after the Automation Review, before any work begins. Full detail is on the pricing page.
No. Implementation is a one-time project. Moredo Care — ongoing monitoring, maintenance and support — is optional and recommended, but it is not a condition of the build. If you would rather run the system in-house we hand over a working system and documentation, and you can start Care later if things change.
The Automation Review is the discovery stage. Tell us how your business runs and we will come back with what we would build, what it would cost and what we would leave alone.
